Summer 2025 NAICS Code: 541990 All other professional, scientific and technical services Size Standard: $19,500,000 Short Project Description: (This is not a SOLICITATION) This requirement is for Non-Persononal Services for Joint All Domain Air Ground Systems (JADAGS) include systems designed to enable mission command, air and ground maneuver integration and the synchronization of fires in a joint, multinational, decisive action, peer/near-peer operating environment.

The Joint All Domain Air Ground Systems Training (JADAGST) contract will provide all Services and Components sustained currency and proficiency training by employing these systems in an exercise conducted both at tactical and operational levels. The JADAGS SMEs will coordinate the Joint Service training units and synchronize their systems. (SEE PWS) Responses to this sources sought notice should include the following submittal requirements:

1. Name of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact, CAGE Code, unique Entity ID, and Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business/HubZone/8(a)/Woman Owned Small Business/etc.) Utilizing NAICS code 541990 – All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services.

2. Provide a capability statement for the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.

3. What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement?

4. Does your organization plan to utilize subcontracting or teaming arrangements to perform the services of this requirement?in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement.

5. Contractor acknowledges a clear understanding of all services specified 6. Contractor confirms full capabilities of completing the required services specified in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement. Along with the above, please review the below government Request for Information Request for Information: If possible, please provide answers to the following questions.

1. Are there specific requirements in the documentation that has the effect of limiting competition among potential vendors?
