RECRUITMENT RESEARCH SURVEY

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE The Michigan United States & Property Fiscal Office - Purchasing & Contracting Division is issuing a Sources Sought Synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify contractors having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement of exploring awareness and attitudes toward serving in the United States Military with special attention to the National Guard.

Research methodology and data collection would be proposed by the contractor as to the best method to conduct the research to meet the required results of identifying issues of the declining interest in joining the Michigan Army National Guard. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. Based on the responses to this Sources Sought Notice / Market Research, this requirement may be set aside for small businesses or procured through a large business (full and open competition).

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The contractor shall provide a capability statement in support of the areas specified in the work statement listed below.

If your organization has the potential to perform these contract services, provide the following information: Business name, address, website address if applicable, CAGE code, UEI (unique entity identifier) NAICS registered with SBA for this service Socio economic of the company (small business, WOSB, SDVOSB, large business) Point of Contract name, phone number, email address Company capability in terms of organization, staff capability, and resources to address the administrative and management structure.

WORK STATEMENT The contractor shall explore awareness, consideration and attitudes toward serving in a U.S. military branch Explore barriers and motivators toward joining among a qualified audience Screen participants and facilitate honest responses and may include more in-depth questioning Develop profile resistors and methodology for best approaches to reach the target audience through participant reaction ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $21.5M.

The Product Service Code is R499 Support – Professional: Other. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
