Band Instruments and Support Equipment

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912JA-26-Q-A016 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide musical instruments and supporting equipment for the 151st Band in accordance with the attached Statement of Requirement. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at acquisition.gov. A list of the items, quantities, and brand name descriptions are included in the SF 1449 and Statement of Requirement. Delivery is requested 120 working days after receipt of the purchase order to FOB Place of Delivery: 1720 Cong W.L.
