Gap Crossing Explainer Video Storyboards, Keyframe Artwork, and Video

The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Executive Office (EXO) Laboratory has a requirement for a Gap Crossing Explainer Video Storyboards, Keyframe Artwork, and Vid system to be procured on a sole source basis from Mad Genius (CAGE Code: 4AG29). ERDC requests the award of a new firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to the Mad Genius, Inc. 279 S. Perkins Street Ridgeland, MS 39157-2702.

This contract action is required to create Video Storyboards, Keyframe Artwork, and Video for the Commanding General of the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE) and Fort Leonard Wood. The contractor shall select the right animation style, polish the script into a captivating story, and plan impactful signature moments onscreen to support the gap crossing mission of MSCoE and Fort Leonard Wood. The contractor shall provide the artistic talent, design, and animation resources to bring its vision to life.

Deliverables include script polish, storyboards, and keyframe artwork. In addition, the contractor shall create an explainer video is a short film that aims to communicate concepts in a simple and engaging way. The contractor’s animation team will combine 2D vector, typically ‘flat’ layered design styles, motion graphics, text animation, and infographics to explain the US Army's approach to gap crossings. Deliverables include up to three minutes of finished animation.
