This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. Requisition Number W912HZ22Q0035 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with intent to award as a single contract.

The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. This requirement is unrestricted under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541519 with a Small Business Size Standard of $34 million dollars.

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg MS 39180-6199 has a requirement for computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) project files and provide interactive capabilities for the end user. The Immersive Visualization Space will be leveraged to enhance project kick-off meetings, design reviews, and contractor coordination.

BASIS FOR AWARD The Government intends to award one contract to the responsible offeror whose quote is responsive to the solicitation and determined to be the best value and most advantageous to the Government. Each quote will be evaluated for technical acceptability and price. Quotes are due Tuesday, May 21st 12:00 PM (Central Time Zone): Quotes must be provided in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Quotes will be accepted by email only to:
