The purpose of this notice is to notify of the cancellation of solicitation via Amendment 0002: Please see attached cancellation notice 1. This cancellation is due to redesign of the construction phasing requirements. 2. It is anticipated that this requirement will be re-solicted in the near future after a redesign is completed and all prospective bidders will have the opportunity to participate in any resolicitation of bids or future procurement.

3. This public invitation for bid received 0 bids prior to the cancellation. 4. In accordance with FAR 14.209 (a) & (c) and FAR 14.403(d): It is clearly in the public interest to cancel this solicitation since amendments to the invitation would be of such magnitude that a new invitation is desirable. The following text is deleted: This is the presolicitaiton notice for solicitation W912HV-24-B-0002, DHA Building 1585 at Yokota Air Base, Japan.

This project will replace and /or repair the HVAC system to the chiller, 5 Air Handling Units and Variable Air Volume Boxes along with modernizing the sterile processing department for building 1585. A new layout for the sterilization department will provide a three-room standard template for decontamination, sterile assembly and sterile storage. The sterilization department will move from the 2nd floor to the first floor as part of phase one of the project.

The existing sterilization department will be re-utilized as required by the facility to meet mission needs. The Government anticipates issuing this solicitation in February 2024.
