The purpose of this announcement and the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to gather industry comments, suggestions, or questions before the official release of the solicitation. The NAICS code for this action is 238320 – Painting and Wall Covering Contractors.

The 249th Engineer Battalion (Prime Power) intends to improve the exterior appearance of its headquarters at Building 1418 through the installation of a professionally painted exterior mural.
