Keying, Coding & Data Entry for WCSC Data

A Firm Fixed Price contract with a base and four (4) one-year option periods was awarded as a direct 8(a) contract. The scope of this work is coding and data entry (Keying and file preparation and file loading) as well as administrative functions. The bulk of the work will be coding paper and pdf submitted Vessel Operation Report(s) (VORs) into the on-line data application WARP (Waterborne Application for Data Processing). It is estimated that there will be approximately 8 million keystrokes per year and 80,000 lines coded per year. Some additional data entry will be required for other special reports such as the Cape Cod and C&D canals and for updating dock data.
