FY24 Charleston Upper Harbor and Joint Base Charleston Maintenance Dredging DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of maintenance dredging approximately 3,241,000 (BASE 2,794,000) cubic yards of unclassified material from Charleston Upper Harbor, Joint Base Charleston, TC Dock (OPTION), MARADS Piers S,T,U (OPTION), and USCG Pier P (OPTION), Charleston and Berkeley Counties, South Carolina.

Material dredged from Charleston Upper Harbor, MARADS Piers S, T, and U, and USCG Pier P shall be placed in the Clouter Creek Placement Area - South Cell. Material Dredged from Joint Base Charleston Channel shall be placed in the Joint Base Charleston Placement Area. Material Dredged from TC Dock shall be placed in the Clouter Creek Placement Area - South Cell or Joint Base Charleston Placement Area. The work includes complying with the requirements of Endangered Species Act and the Marine Mammals Protection Act. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)
