Pre-solicitation for Renovation of the Juliette Gordon Low Federal Bldg. (JGL), Savannah, GA.

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for the Juliette Gordon Low Federal Building Renovation Project. This acquisition will be offered as 100% Small Business Set-aside, and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract Award. The magnitude of this requirement per DFARS 236.204(ii) is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00.

Project Description: The work includes the renovation of the interior of Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Headquarters, located in the Juliette Gordon Low (JGL) Federal Building. Renovation will include demolition and new construction on the first (1st), second (2nd) and third (3rd) floors of the building and incidental work. The building will be occupied during performance of work under this Contract. The existing building and the contents must be kept secure at all times.

Temporary closures will be provided, as required, to maintain security of the building. Contractor will be required to provide dust covers or protective enclosures to protect existing work that remains, and Government material located in the building during the construction period.
