Description: PN92792 SOF Battalion Headquarters Construct a non-standard Battalion Operations Facility (approximately 92,000 SF) for a newly formed 75th Ranger Battalion at Fort Benning, GA. Primary facilities include administrative areas, operations area with a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), a Ranger Operations Center (ROC), and Company Operations Facilities/Readiness Bays.

Construction includes mechanical and electrical systems, information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS).Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, information systems, landscaping and signage.

Period of Performance: 740 Calendar Days In accordance with DFARS 236.204(ii), the magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000 .Evaluation Criteria: The contract will be solicited and procured via FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
