CONSTRUCTION PROJECT TO SUPPLY ALL EQUIPMENT, LABOR, PERMITS AND MATERIALS REQUIRED TO REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF THE EXISTING VAULT TOILET BUILDING, AND REPLACE WITH A NEW PREFABRICATED, SELF-CONTAINED FLUSH VAULT RESTROOM AT THE GULL LAKE RECREATION AREA IN BRAINERD, MINNESOTA.
