The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mississippi Valley Division, St. Paul District has a requirement for a 5-year service contract to plant, monitor, and maintain native forest habitat in the Fargo-Moorhead area. The total area of the Base Contract includes 247.8 acres with another 5.4-acre option. All work is located in Cass County, North Dakota. Sites will serve as environmental mitigation for impacts associated with the Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Area Flood Risk Management Project (FMM Project).

This project is solicited as an Invitation for Bid in accordance with FAR 14 - Sealed Bidding procedures and the intention of awarding a single firm-fixed price contract. The solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 115310 Support Activities for Forestry with a small business size standard of $11.5M.
