Egyptian Armament Authority Operations and Maintenance Support

This U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sources Sought announcement is issued to conduct market research and identify parties interested in, and with the resources to support the Egyptian Armament Authority (EAA). As a result of this market research, the U.S. Government will gain a better understanding of industry capabilities for this potential future requirement, which is anticipated to be solicited on a Full and Open basis.

Interested parties who consider themselves qualified are invited to submit a Statement of Capabilities in response to this notice utilizing the attached Capability Statement and Pricing Sheet Template. Submissions must be emailed no later than 10:00AM EDT on August 14, 2026, to both Contract Specialist Mikayla Shanholtzer at Mikayla.B.Shanholtzer@usace.army.mil and Contracting Officer Eric Caruso at Eric.L.Caruso@usace.army.mil.
