VEHICLE LEASE - KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA (KSA)

This is a commercial service procurement to meet a recurring supply effort for ground transportation (vehicles). This requirement is to provide safe and operable vehicles at all times for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Middle East District personnel assigned to the KSA Area Office.

The intent of this acquisition is to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to provide safe and operational vehicles for USACE employees (military and civilian) stationed Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) at locations within the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) KSA Area of Responsibility (AOR). This contract will provide ten (10) vehicles for USACE-Middle East District personnel located within the CENTCOM AOR in KSA.

The intended contract duration for this requirement shall be from 30 July 2025 through 29 July 2026. The offeror shall be able to deliver the vehicles within seven (7) business days of contract award. Site visits will not be organized or conducted by the Government under this solicitation. Proposal submission is required only through the Army’s Electronic File Sharing Service, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) (https://piee.eb.mil/).

Amendment 0001: a Value Added Tax (VAT) of 15% shall be applied to this requirement in accordance with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia tax regulations. Offerors shall include the 15% VAT as a separate line item in their pricing proposal. The total evaluated price will include VAT.
