Castor River and Ditch 39 Clearing and Snagging

The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, and material for clearing and snagging according to the specifications and plans and any incidental related work. Phase 1 will occur within the channel to clear trees and vegetation that have grown up within the bottom of channel footprint or along the channel bench, as to not disturb trees along top bank, except for equipment ingress/egress. Clearing and snagging will be performed as needed in areas where debris is diverting channel flow.

The work shall be located at the confluence of Ditch 39 and Ditch 1, continue upstream on Castor River to the upstream limits of the project, approximately as indicated. The exact location will be indicated on the contract drawings.
