LARGE UTILITY SANDBAGS & SHIPPING for the National Flood Fight Materiel Center (NFFMC)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to procure: LARGE UTILITY SANDBAGS & SHIPPING for the National Flood Fight Materiel Center (NFFMC). Rock Island District intends to enter into a firm fixed price contract with a small business. The NAICS code for this procurement is 314910 (Textile Bag and Canvas Mills) and the size standard is not to exceed 500 Employees.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued; however, any small-business firm (or other than small-business firm) that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Supporting Evidence/Capability Statements must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed to the point of contact below by 26 February 2025 at 1600PM CT.
