Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Grove GRT540

In accordance with FAR 13.501(a), Sole source (including brand name acquisitions), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, intends to award on a Sole Source basis to Western Pacific Crane & Equipment, LLC, 8600 Calabash Ave, Fontana, California 92335, for a Grove GRT540 40-Ton Rough-Terrain Hydraulic Crane.

To comply with DFARS 225, the District's only option is to purchase the products from manufacturer Manitowoc’s authorized regional distributor, Western Pacific Crane & Equipment, LLC. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies may submit supporting documents demonstrating capability and past performance. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions.
