Lower Monumental Lock and Dam Elevator Maintenance Services

Amendment 1: THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO EXTEND THE OFFER DUE DATE/ LOCAL TIME FROM 18 AUGUST 2025 AT 10AM (PST) TO 21 AUGUST 2025 AT 10AM (PST). ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.

Intent: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, is seeking a Contractor to provide routine and nonroutine maintenance to elevators at Lower Monumental Lock and Dam in accordance with the PWS, manufacturer’s instructions, ASME A17.1, ASME A17.2, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Period of Performance: Base year: 1 September 2025 – 31 August 2026 Option Year One: 1 September 2026 – 31 August 2027 Option Year Two: 1 September 2027 – 31 August 2028 Basis for Award: The Government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation in accordance with FAR 13.106 to the responsive and responsible offeror meeting or exceeding all solicitation requirements and representing the best value based on the evaluation factors specified in 52.212-2 of this solicitation.
