Washington State Patrol

The intent of this action is to have an Officer from the Washington State Patrol (WSP) conduct a check on the National Crime Information Center-Interstate Identification Index (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database ((TSDB) (if available)) on visitors or contractors attempting to gain access onto USACE property. NWW understands that NCIC and TSDB are law enforcement sensitive and cannot be released to non-law enforcement officers.

NWW Security team (Security Officer, Security Specialist Physical & Protection) will take any WSP courses as directed. The WSP Officer using NCIC-III and TSDB with the visitor or contractors name and a copy of their Driver’s License (DL) will verify and advise the NWW Security team of all applicable findings the adjudication results for Army Installation, Stand Alone Facility, or Activity access control.

The officer will have the most recent copy of Army Regulation (AR) 190-13 and use section 8-5b(1)-(11) page 44 (see below) if the individual has one of the eleven in the report.
