Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract - Garfield County Sheriff

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District intends to solicit on a single source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-l(b)(l) to Grant County Sheriff Office. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is to procure supplementary law enforcement services on Corps- administered lands and waters.

The principal areas covered by this contract are CORPS-administered lands and waters within Garfield County. Principal areas covered by this contract are recreation and visitor access sites on Lower Granite Lake and Lake Bryan. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 922120 and the size standard is N/A. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact.

Responses to this notice must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time, March 28, 2024. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis for future requirements. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
