McNary Lock and Dam Heat Pump Retubing

US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District intends to solicit on a single source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-l(b)(l) to Trane U.S. Inc. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is to replace all defective tubes connected the two Trane heat pumps at McNary Lock and Dam’s powerhouse located in Umatilla, Oregon.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 238220 – Plumbing, heating and air-conditioning contractors and the size standard is $19,000,000 annual revenue. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact.

Responses to this notice must be received no later than 10:00 AM, Pacific Standard Time, September 23, 2024. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis for future requirements. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
