Notice of Intent to Sole Source for HQ Dun & Bradstreet Subscription In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a single source, the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Walla Walla District, is issuing this special notice to inform industry of the intent to solicit on a sole source basis to Dun and Bradstreet Inc for access to online Business Reports from Dun & Bradstreet.

D&B trade data network is one of the largest in the word, and the D&B Data Cloud contains the broadest and deepest set of commercial data and analytical insights available. D&B has exclusive licensing rights to gather the information mentioned above, and the use of any other web search service would not provide the same amount of information with the same level of efficiency to a Contracting Officer in order to determine contractor responsibility.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 519290, Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services. This notice of intent is not a formal solicitation or request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and requests for such a document will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of offers received in response to his notice.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in writing to tiffany.chang@usace.army.mil no later than 11:00 AM PST on September 12, 2024. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements.
