W912EE The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP), Solicitation No. W912EE26RA006, for Multiple Award Task Order Contract for the Lease of Cutterhead, Hydraulic Pipeline Dredges (not Less than 24-inch Diameter), Fully Operated with Attendant Plant and Personnel, and with a Draft not to Exceed Nine Feet, for Construction and Maintenance Dredging within the Vicksburg District.

MVK proposes to award Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts, with a combined contract capacity of $99.5M and a five-year (60 month) ordering period to all qualifying offerors. This is an unrestricted procurement under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Construction - Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities, with a size standard of $37M.

Features of the work include furnishing, delivering and operating cutterhead, hydraulic pipeline dredges (not less than 24-inch diameter), fully operated with attendant plant and personnel with a draft not to exceed 9 feet for construction and maintenance dredging within the bounds of MVK.
