W912EE - Yazoo County, Mississippi, Yazoo City Relief Well (N91) Replacement, FC/MR&T, Yazoo River Basin, Yazoo City, Mississippi. The work for the Yazoo City Well Replacement Project consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete Relief Well Replacement; install a new well in place of an existing well; and abandon/grout existing well in place.

Principal features of the work include mobilization and demobilization; abandoning well and installation of a new 14” diameter well; new pump and motor for new well; and new underground electrical for new and existing well. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The estimated period of performance for completion of construction is 270 calendar days from the issuance of notice to proceed.

In accordance with FAR 36.204(d), the construction magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussion should it be deemed in the Government's best interest. The bids will be evaluated based on lowest price submitted. This requirement is being procured under FAR 14, Sealed Bidding.

The solicitation is issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB), and the resulting construction contract shall be Firm Fixed-Price (FFP). The bidding instructions and closing date for submission of bids are contained in the solicitation notice. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored.

Potential contractors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any amendments. The official solicitation/specifications and plans for this procurement will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov.
