Repairing levee seepage at three distinct locations along the embankment and through the foundation of the levee caused by the December 2025 Flood event. 13 August 2026 Amendment 0003 changes: 1. Extend the solicitation due date to Monday 17 August at 12:00 p.m. PT 2. Change the contracting specialist to Whitny Hart
