Amendment 0006: The purpose of Amendment 0006 is to incorporate the following into Solicitation W912DW24B0Y1Y, for project entitled, “Repair Barnes Blvd. (J84004),” on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington: 1. Update the Table of Contents to display revised/added attachment(s) 2. Provide the following updated/added attachments: Attachment 14 - Replacement Drawing CU102 NEC Profile Details in Attachment 2 (Rev 1) Attachment 18 - Replacement Drawing TO-01 TELECOM LEGEND in Attachment 2 Attachment 19 - Replacement Drawing TO-02 TELECOM SITE PLAN in Attachment 2 Attachment 20 - Replacement Drawing CU101 UTILITIES PLAN in Attachment 2 3. Update clerical error within block 11 of the 1442.

Amendment 0004 increased the period of performance from 360 to 580 days, block 11 was not updated to reflect this change and is being done so with the issuance of Amendment 0006. Note:

Amendment 0004 stated the period of performance changed from 300 days to 580 days. 300 days was inadvertently input within Amendment 0004 and should have stated a period of performance of 360 days to 580 days.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, personnel, equipment, materials, operating supplies, tools, supervision, and transportation, in accordance with the plans and specifications to perform all tasking within the associated Statement of Work. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside, restricted to 8(a) firms. As such, competition for this solicitation is set aside for eligible 8(a) firms ONLY. NAICS Code for this acquisition is 237310 – Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction;

Small Business Size Standard: $45M. The magnitude of construction for this anticipated contract is estimated to be between $7,500,000.00 and $15,000,000.00.
