Drift Barge Repairs

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, fittings, equipment, tools, power, heat, water, etc., and performing all work on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Drift Collection Barge specified herein. The principal dimensions and physical data for the vessel are shown below:

Deck Barge The major workscope includes drydocking the barge, cleaning and painting the hull, cleaning and painting the tanks, and miscellaneous modifications and repairs in accordance with these specifications. This solicitation is restricted to shipyards within 150 nautical mile radius from Caven Point Marine Terminal, Jersey City, NJ. The vessel is not capable of leaving the NY Harbor vicinity and needs to be limited in distance it can travel.
