WHITNEY POINT REGULATING OUTLET (RO) REHABILITATION, BROOME COUNTY, NEW YORK

SOLICTATION IS HEREBY AMENDED TO PROVIDE THE OFFICIAL SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. SOLICITATION W912DR26RA061 IS HEREBY amended for the following:

1. update Attachment A as the official Specifications.

2. Attachment B is outdated and no longer valid and is hereby removed.

3. Also to remove Section 00 20 00 - Instructions for Procurements.

4. Updated Section 00 21 16 - Instructions to Proposers. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. SOLICTATION IS HEREBY AMENDED for the following:

1. Remove Factor 4: Small Business Participation Plan (SBPP) in its entirety.

2. Amend FAR Clause 52.217-7 (Option for Increased Quantity-Separately Priced Line Item), to provide an amount of days to exercise of the Option.

3. Add The Site Visit Attendee List (Attachment H) and Reference Drawings (Attachment I). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. SOLICTATION IS HEREBY AMENDED to extend RFI due date to August 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST and to extend the proposal due date to August 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM EST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. SOLICITATION IS HEREBY AMENDED to publish the final Government responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and to make requisite changes to the Solicitation.

THIS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT WILL BE A COMPETITIVE, FIRM-FIXED-PRICE, DESIGN-BID-BUILD CONTRACT PROCURED VIA A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) IN ACCORDANCE WITH RFO 15 AND THE TRADEOFF SOURCE SELECTION PROCESS.THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE RFP UNDER NAICS CODE 237990. THE SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD FOR THIS NAICS CODE IS $45,000,000.00.
