There Will Not Be a Solicitation, Specifications, Or Drawings Available at This Time. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Baltimore District is soliciting comments from the construction community addressing the use of Project Labor Agreements (PLA) for a large-scale construction project in Dorchester County, Maryland. Details and clarity in responses are essential in order for the Contracting Office to assess competitive impacts.
