The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District requests capability statements from Certified General Real Estate Appraiser contractors who are interested in performing an acquisition appraisal of an equine training facility and wellness center. The subject property is the Middlebrook Training Center, 35355 Training Center Lane, Little River District, Middleburg, Loudon County, Virginia 20117. The responsible contractor shall complete an on-site personal inspection of the subject property and curbside inspections of all comparable sales. All other required work shall be performed at the contractor’s facility.
