P002 CYBERSECURITY OPERATIONS FACILITY at FORT MEADE, MARYLAND

The purpose of this notice it to seek industry feedback regarding subcontracting goals that will be incorporated into the solicitation. Per FAR 19.702(a)(1)(i), subcontracting plans are required for other than small businesses. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Baltimore District proposes the following goals. These goals are a percentage of total subcontracted dollars and not a percentage of total contract value. Feedback from industry is encourage regarding opinion on if the goals should be adjusted or if they should remain as stated.
