Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL) Optimized Remediation Contract (ORC)

The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to extend the proposal due date from 11:00 AM EST on 09 July 2024 to 11:00 AM EST on 12 July 2024, revise the Performance Work Statement (Section C), and revise the Price Schedule (Section J). The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to revise the Performance Work Statement (Section C), incorporate Wage Determination 15-4191 (Section H), revise the Price Schedule, and incorporate Official Responses to Requests for Information (Section J).

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to revise the Performance Work Statement (Section C), update the Wage Determination (Section H), revise the Price Schedule, add the Revised Site Visit Slides, and add the Site Visit Sign In Sheet (Section J).

The Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL) Optimized Remediation Contract (ORC) contract awarded under this solicitation will be a firm-fixed price standalone C-type environmental services contract to provide support to the Air Force at JBMDL in executing its Environmental Restoration Program (ERP) via a performance-based Optimized Remediation Contract (ORC).

The work will consist of environmental remediation activities necessary for investigation, design, remedial action, remedial construction, and Long-term Management (LTM) to achieve minimum Performance Objectives (POs) and stretch goals and support progress to Site Closeout (SC) at 67 Installation Restoration Program (IRP) and eight (8) Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) sites in various phases of remediation.
