JRL Elevator Maintenance Services

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) sub-Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Solicitation, W912DR-24-Q-0015, will be issued for Jennings Randolph Lake and is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 238290 size standard of $22,000,000.00. The project has an anticipated performance period of one (1) base year plus four (4) option years.

Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. Instructions for registering are on the website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.

Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the following location: JENNINGS RANDOLPH LAKE ELK GARDEN, WV 26717 The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the project. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to brandi.a.dupree@usace.army.mil no later than Thursday, 29 February 2024 at 1:00 PM ET.

Ignore the questions submittal due date under Section L of the printed Solicitation. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Thursday, 22 February 2024, to all authenticated account holders at SAM.gov Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in SAM.gov system to access package.
