Raystown Dam Hydraulic Mechanical Gate and Bulkhead Replacements

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District has a requirement for construction at the Raystown Lake Project for a large scale hydraulic mechanical gate and bulkhead replacement work, complicated crane rigging within a confined tower, and concrete demolition and repair at multiple locations with restricted access and challenging placements including vertical surfaces, sloped slabs, and slippery/wet areas.

This procurement is a small business set-aside Request for Proposal (RFP) using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15 and the Tradeoff source selection process. The magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. The small business size standard is $45,500,000.00 for this NAICS.

An official RFP is anticipated to be posted here through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website on or around April 1, 2024, and a site-visit is tentatively scheduled for April 19, 2024. Interested offerors must be registered in PIEE to submit a proposal.
