The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials (e.g. toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.), supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that Janitorial services, as defined in the performance work statement (PWS) and elsewhere in the contract, are completed in a manner that will maintain the designated areas of the Harry S. Truman Dam and Reservoir (Maintenance Building and Powerhouse) near Warsaw, Missouri in a clean, sanitary condition, and grounds free of litter and debris.
Acceptable performance standards are provided for each task. The Contractor shall maintain all facilities at each scheduled cleaning in accordance with the performance standards. The Contractor shall monitor performance and ensure compliance in accordance with the contract terms and conditions. Instructions to Offerors can be found in Section L of the Solicitation attachment.
Site Visit information: A site visit will be held at Harry S. Truman Project Office 15968 Truman Rd., Warsaw, MO 65355 Friday, 07 February 2025 9:00 a.m. (CST) A site visit is not required but is strongly encouraged.
