Landscaping in support of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) West Facilities Modernization (WFM) Program

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Kansas City District has issued the Solicitation for a 100% Small Business Set-Aside that will result in a Firm Fixed-Price contract to provide site-wide landscaping, including site plantings, site furnishings, landscape lighting, and irrigation on the 97 acre site in support of the replacement campus for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency?s (NGA) 2nd Street, St. Louis facilities, as part of the West Facilities Modernization (WFM) program.

The estimated performance period for completion of construction is 540 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). The estimated magnitude of the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. A bid guarantee will be required with your bid in the amount of 20% of the Offeror?s proposed price or $3,000,000, whichever is less.
