Procurement for Bremer Walls/T-Walls in Kuwait

Request for a meeting or personal visits to discuss this publication is not permitted. CONTRACT INFORMATION. The U.S. Army Regional Contracting Center - Kuwait, is seeking capable sources for the manufacture and/or supply of T-Walls at multiple locations in Kuwait, for delivery on, but not limited to Camp Airfjan and Camp Buehring Kuwait.

PROJECT SCOPE: The project will consist of the delivery of up to 6 Thousand T-Walls of 20 Feet (6M) in height.

PROPOSAL PROCEDURES: The Government anticipates soliciting the procurement using full and open competition. One solicitation will be issued for the acquisition consisting of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) subject to FAR Subpart 13.5. The anticipated award date is currently unknown. The U.S. Government shall reserve the right to award to multiple vendors in the form of an IDIQ/BPA.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: The Government is seeking to identify qualified sources under the anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 327390 – Other Concrete Product Manufacturing, either singly or as part of a Joint-Venture.
