Pool Maintenance and Service (Aquatic Water Center), Fort Wainwright.

This is a non-personal services contract to provide Support Services to maintain, operate pool and equipment to ensure proper conditions and operations. The Contractor shall perform pool operator maintenance services outside pool operating hours so as not to interfere with scheduled use of the facilities for the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Wainwright, AK. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers.

The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, personnel, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items necessary to provide the services outlined below and described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Fort Wainwright, AK.
