Preventative Maintenance and Repair of Grille/Roll Up Doors, Automatic Doors, and Handicap Doors

9/26/2024 - Amendment to W912CN-24-R-0005 to include Questions and Answers. Please see documents 24-R-0005 MOD and 24-R-0005 CONFORM attached. This is a solicitation notice for a one-time contract to provide services for Grille/Roll Up Door, Automatic Door, and Handicap Door Preventative Maintenance and Repair services to facilities at various Army Installations on the Island of Oahu. Refer to attached document for the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Technical Exhibit #1 through Technical Exhibit #6 are also attached. A site visit has been scheduled. However, if no names are submitted by the deadline, the visit will be cancelled. RSVP for site visit is due by Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 4:00 PM HST. Site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 9:00 AM HST. Questions must be submitted by Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 3:00 PM HST. Offers must be received by Thursday, October 3, 2024 at 3:00 PM HST.

Please allow extra time to go through security for a base pass in order to arrive at the site visit meeting place on time. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who in turn is responsible to the Government.
