Interpretation and Translation Services - Blanket Purchase Agreements

VENDORS ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE PRICES FOR ALL REGIONS. VENDORS MAY RESPOND WITH ONE PRICE LIST JUST FOR ONE REGION OR MORE PRICE LISTS, ONE FOR EACH OF THE REGIONS WHERE THEY CAN PROVIDE THE INTERPRETATION AND TRANSLATION SERVICES. The 410th CSB, Regional Contracting Center – Americas (RCC-A) is issuing a combined synopsis-solicitation notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Interpretation and Translation services in the SOUTHCOM/ARSOUTH AOR. The Government intends to award several BPAs from this solicitation.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

The Contractor shall furnish equipment, personnel and supplies necessary to provide Interpretation and Translation services needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 5-years from the date of agreement. The price list or schedule shall be revised every year. The BPA Master Limit is $1,000,000.00 for the 5 years, where no single BPA call may exceed $200,000.00 in total cost. This is a request for price lists.

In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases made under the BPA calls. This is a request for prices. The deadline for questions is no later than 5:00PM CST, 25 July 2024. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
