1. This Request for Proposal (RFP) W912CH-25-R-0205, will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract for the procurement of the following:

3. FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be used for this action 4. Packaging requirements are in accordance with Section D - PACKAGING AND MARKING, D.1 PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS 5. The contractor is authorized to ship deliveries early at no additional cost to the Government.

6. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email to the Contract Specialist (lyndsey.m.pena.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W912CH-25-R-0205 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.
