Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) proposes to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price, 3-year Long Term Contract (LTC) to Federal Prison Industries & Unique Corporation (FPI/UNICOR). This action will be a non-competitive sole source for the following item:
