The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to competitively award, under a Total Small Business Set-Aside, a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for procuring professional fine art conservation services. The services are aimed at supporting the U.S. Army Center of Military History (CMH) and Army Museum Enterprise (AME) System in preserving works of art. The award will consist of a three (3) 12-month ordering periods.
The guaranteed minimum for this contract will be obligated in the first Task Order of Ordering Year One. Please ensure the following provisions are filled in and returned with your response: 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 52.209-11, and 252.204-7007 Alternate A. The Pricing Workbook and Past Performance Questions must also be returned in order to be considered responsive. All questions related to this Request For Proposal (RFP) must be submitted in writing no later than 27 April 2024 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). All Questions and Answers related to this RFP will be posted to SAM.gov no later than 07 May 2024 at 3:00 PM EST.
