Army Contracting Command- Detroit Aresenal (ACC-DTA) intends to solicit, under Solicitation W912CH-25-Q-0092 a 5 -Year, Firm-Fixed Price, IDIQ contract for the procurement of theSight Reflex. The solicitation, W912CH-25-Q-0092, is anticipated for release in two to four weeks and will contain the required technical information and specific due date and time. The anticipated release date is an estimate and does not obligate the Government ot releasing during the estimated time frame. Details are as follows:

The contents of any future Request for Proposal (RFP) takes precedence over this presolicitation synopsis posting. All responsible sources must be registered in the DoD's System for Award Management (SAM) system at https://www.sam.gov and follow all other responsibility criteria indicated at FAR 9.104. Information on getting registered may be obtained on the SAM website. The solicitation will incorporate Export Controlled Technical Data Packages (TDPs).

Access to the Export Controlled portion of the TDP will require vendors to be certified in the Joint Certification Program (JCP). Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal non responsive and result in the rejection of the same.
