Packaging requirements are in accordance with Section D - PACKAGING AND MARKING, D.001 PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS (SELECTIVE GROUP PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS) 4. The contractor is authorized to ship deliveries at no additional cost to the Government.

5. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal, by 10 January 2025 1700 EST, via email to the Contract Specialist (lyndsey.m.pena.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contract Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W912CH-24-Q-0115 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.
