ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND – DETROIT ARSENAL (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price, Total Small Business Set-Aside, non-commercial, Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 6.102. The RFQ is for the Double V-Hull A1 Delta Extended Tow Bar Kits used on the Stryker Family of Vehicles (FoVs). The NAICS code is 336992. ACC-DTA anticipates issuing RFQ W912CH-24-Q-0095 on approximately 18 NOV 2024. The forecasted due date for quotes is anticipated to be 18 DEC 2024. Part Number:

Prospective vendors must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the technical data for this solicitation, via Systems for Award Management (www.sam.gov).

To register, or to re-register, please follow the guide demonstrated on the JCP website mentioned above and submit the form to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, along with a copy of the company's State/Provincial License, Incorporation Certificate, Sales Tax Identification Form or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company. The process should take no more than one week for you to be certified or denied for approval under the JCP. Your firm must request access to the TDP in Systems for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in addition to submitting the above form in order to be granted access to the TDP.

Once these requirements have successfully been completed, you will be granted access to the TDP. If you do not have access to SAM, recommend you register as soon as possible. Information on getting registered may be obtained on the SAM website.

CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders’ mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
