Solicitation for Roller Pad - NSN 1670-01-169-9155

The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W912CH-24-Q-0016 is to:

1. Add paragraph J.02, Attachment 00004 - Technical Data Package, as follows:

Part number 11-1-2795-7 is comprised of part numbers 11-1-2795-14 and 11-1-2795-15 per parts list PL11-1-2795S004. These part numbers are identified as find numbers (FN) 7 and 8 on drawing 11-1-2795. 11-1-2795-14 (roller pad) and 11-1-2795-15 (end member) are not separate or additional components. The end member is welded to the roller pad to make the complete 11-1-2795-7 32 FT roller pad assembly.

2. Extend the solicitation close date from 28 August 2024 to 09 October 2024 at 3:30 PM EST.

3. All other terms and conditions of Solicitation W912CH-24-Q-0016 remain unchanged. The contractor shall acknowledge this Amendment 0001 in Paragraph A.04, Acknowledgement of Amendments, of its quotation submission.

1. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.219-6 - Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside.

2. This RFQ will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the following items:

with 100% Option 3. There are Technical Data Packages (TDP) associated with this requirement. They are Distribution Code "A", which is available for public release. 4. This solicitation contains provisions and clauses that require you, the Offeror, to complete fill-ins and/or representations. Please review and complete all such fill-ins. Your offer may be determined ineligible for award if these fill-ins and representations are not completed. 5. Please acknowledge all amendments to this solicitation in the space provided under Section A.04. Include the number and date of each amendment. 6. The solicitation, W912CH-24-Q-0016, has a specific due date and time.
