SOLICITATION W912CH-24-Q-0009: Firing Mechanism, Gun (NSN: 1010-01-679-5138)

The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W912CH-24-Q-0009 is to extend the offer due date FROM Wednesday, 24 July 2024 at 4:30 p.m. EST, TO Wednesday, 14 August 2024 at 4:30 p.m. EST. All other terms and conditions of solicitation W912CH-24-Q-0009, except for those addressed by Amendment 0001, remain in full force and effect.

1. SOLICITATION: Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of 28 each (ea)

Firing Mechanism, Gun, (Part Number:

12901984, National Stock Number: 1010-01-679-5138) with a 100% Option.

2. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement. The TDP is distribution code "D" which limits access toU.S. Government agencies and its contractors. Please refer to Section C.1.

3. This solicitation contains provisions and clauses that require you, the Offeror, to complete fill-ins and/or representations. Please review and complete all such fill-ins. Your offer may be determined ineligible for award if these fill-ins and representations are not completed.

4. Please acknowledge all amendments to this solicitation in the space provided under Section A.3. Include the number and date of each amendment.

5. The solicitation, W912CH-24-Q-0009, has a specific due date and time.
