1. This solicitation is sole sourced to CHEMRING SENSORS AND ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS, INC. (CAGE 6KWZ6) and its authorized distributors. The Technical Data Package (TDP) is not considered adequate for competition as the drawings are owned by CHEMRING SENSORS AND ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS, INC.
